I believe writing is a good reflection tool for your work, practical as well as theoretical work. Therefore, I write. I speak, because I have lots of ideas, thoughts and questions to share with others and I am really curious to see and experience a reflection on my thoughts from the audience. When I moderate, I listen to others, ask questions and create an engaging conversation with all participants.
